Prices and discounts

The prices apply per apartment and day, with occupancy of 2 persons for a  minimum stay of 3 nights
Short stays up to 2 days on request and surcharge

Children and additional person

Kids up to 2 years stay with us free of charge. – Baby cot is available free of charge upon request.
3 – 6 years   Euro  12,00/day
7 -13 years   Euro 15,00/day
14- 17 years   Euro 18,00/day
For every additional person older than 18 years we charge  Euro 20,00 / day

Prices shown will from 01.01.2015 attract a tourist tax of  Euro 2,10  per person (aged 14 years and over) per day, payable on departure

Out of consideration for our guests, pets are not allowed!

• internet access (Wireless) for free – it works from 7:00 – 23:00 hours
• The fee for final cleaning is included in the price

mobil Cards are tickets that can be used on all means of public transport (bus & train) in the whole of South Tyrol, on regional and regional express trains all the way to Trento and even on PostAuto bus services between Malles/Mals and Müstair in Switzerland.

Additional charges and terms of payment

Please note: The booking becomes binding at a payment of a deposit for confirmation (booking guarantee) and the transmission of the booking confirmation. In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be reimbursed.

We will also apply the below cancellation conditions.

Payment:  Please pay cash on site. We also accept Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Maestro, CartaSì

Since 01.01.2016, according to the Legislative Decree 208/2015, in Italy it is no longer allowed to pay amounts above € 1.999.99 in cash. The following payment methods are accepted: non-transferable check, bank transfe

 

Arrival and departure

Arrival: On arrival day, we expect you starting from 14 o’clock. Of course, you can also arrive earlier, but the apartment will ready for you only at 14 o’clock. In case of a delay, we look forward to receiving a message from you.

Departure: On departure day, please leave your holiday apartment not later than 10 o’clock. Other times are possible upon request.

 

Cancellation

Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 Civil Code

According to the Italian Consumer Protection Code, there is no right of withdrawal. However, we grant you the right to withdraw according to following cancellation conditions as defined in art. 1382 (Civil Code):

You may cancel your reservation until 21 days prior to arrival without any cancellation fee. We will retain only the deposit. In case of a cancellation between 20 days before arrival and the booked day of arrival,  following cancellation fees apply:
cancellation until 14 days before arrival: 50% of the full price;
cancellation less than 7 days before arrival o in case of “no show” or early departure, the guest is required to fully pay for the entire booking period.

Please inform us in advance if you are unable to take your holiday.

Terms of Use Digital Guest Card

Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure.

The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil” network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info

The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the above decision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use of the Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass.
